I draw some patterns on the computer when I have little to do; they often turn out nice. This is all I have for the moment (I've have more that I haven't uploaded yet at my dad's house).
I guess it is not deliberate, but if I stare at the centre of the picture for a moment I begin to see a swastika.
Otherwise it looked interesting.
I noticed when I was making it, but I couldn't get around it. If you look at you will see it's made up of two black-on-white squares and two white-on-black squares, if I filled in the center with one or the other it would lose it'd symmitery.
Most times the end result of my work turns out looking very different from what it started with; the above came from this:

I'm thinking of using this one as my new avatar.

This one would have been better if the very dark colors inbetween the blue lines were brighter.

I really liked the one you might use as an avatar, it looks like it is glowing.
Wow Paradox, I really like your art I can't explain it but it feels mesmerzing in away and its quite different from anything I've seen. You did an awesome job at these... really cool

Thank you
. I've finished one recently that's one of my best along with my avatar:

wow It looks 3D! Very cool.
The wide one with the red and green and the piece above it have a very strong sense of depth. Do you create chunks at a time and then flip them for symmetry?
Yeah, it's four times less work and reduces the chance of mistakes. If you look closely at them you will notice that they all (expect the first which is one of my earlier pictures) use fibonacci sequences (1+1=2, 1+2=3, 2+3=5...), mostly in positioning and sizing the squares.
I shaded this one a bit more.
It's simple, but I think it's good.

I think this is stunningly differerent from anything I've seen.
I could never seem to get this picture to look right, until I printed it and scanned the print.
That was a bit too big. This should be better.
