Dom Joly is a british guy that stages weird scenes in common places. He's been at it for a few years and since the shows have been exported to the cold north I guess they have to have been exported west as well.

Sometimes he comes walking with a huge cell phone and when it rings he screams HELLO! He's usually in a place that's supposed to be quiet. He impersonates a police and walks up to a granny on a bench and says people have complained about a person doing weird things and the description fits the granny.

Always hidden cameras.

Dom Joly was born on november 15, 1968, in Beirut, Lebanon. He is most known for "Trigger Happy tv". He has a column on the on-line version of The Independant.
