i have never done any shift work so i don't know what it would be like.

i wrk 5 days a week Mon - Fri  same times each day.

and seems to work well.

Yes, these issues have been resolved and I can now move on. Like I said in another post some people move on sooner rather than later. I'm moving on now, Thanks and goodbye.
