There's a guy in my class, I think he's an aspie. Let's call him A.

My History teacher had to leave the city and left a substitute (?) teacher. In the class he asked everyone to name the people with whom they don't get along or the people they don't talk to. I was the most named, along with A. We were asked to stand up and the teacher told the group to choose between the two of us the one they didn't get along with again. So two teams were formed, and I'm the leader of one. I have to prepare an exposition for tomorrow and organise eleven people to do it well.

I found that humiliating and unfair. Just because we have trouble socializing we have extra work. It was enough with regular homework.

I'm afraid that it will be a disaster tomorrow. I always forget what I have to say when I talk in public, and my team will probably not be prepared propperly, we only have one day.
And sorry if my English is confusing, I tried to make it as clear as possible.
That is terrible. Sad  I'm sorry you had to go through that.
I have been a teacher for -- well-- many years, and I can say that your teacher is a complete idiot and that what he did should get him fired. What kind of asshole would do such a thing?

Give me his address, I'll go kick his ass for you.

Absolutely outrageous. I don't know where you live or what level of school you're in, but in my school you could probably sue the bastard.

If I were you, I would not go to the class tomorrow. Instead I would go talk to an administrator and tell him what you us. And I would not go back to the class until the real teacher returns and the administrators have repaired the situation.
What grade are you in? Just wondering. I am doing a dance project in one of my classes, lucky my best friend talked the teacher into letting it just involve the two of us. Before that, we were supposed to be in a group of at least 3 members. But our group was being difficult; there were about 6 people altogether, 4 of them were talking and talking, not even focused on the dancing. They all wanted my friend and I to be the background dancers. Their song was horrible as well, in terms of dancing to.
My friend is NT, but she is very advanced, and people made fun of her because she's 3 years younger than most students her grade level. I told her "You know what, they're all jealous of you." Yet she can be a bit childish at times. At least she doesn't talk about all the boring teenage interests. I can't stand having to overhear people's coversations where the word "boyfriend" pops up. There's more to life than getting a stinking boyfriend/girlfriend!
This is really weird.  Good luck, whatever you decide to do.
No teacher should be allowed to do something like that. You need to go to whoever your teacher's superior is--the principal or whatever--instead of going to that class, and explain what's going on. Take "A" with you as well, if you can get him/her to come.
I'm in what in the US would be 10th grade.

Well, this teacher isn't a teacher yet, he's still a student.  I would go to the administrator but tomorrow is the last class we'll have with him and I guess it would just be a waste of time.

I didn't prepare anything for tomorrow, I'll explain what happened to the "real" teacher when she comes bakc, I'm sure she'll understand...

Thank you to the ones that commented.: )
Seriously, this is abuse! I thought this kind of thing was illegal. Has the teacher explained the point of this exercise? Sounds like a rather ridiculous idea anyway.
It could be that caanilorac lives in a country where sociabiltiy is considered very important and part of being educated. I know in a country like Japan, something like this would be normal.
in a country like Japan, something like this would be normal.

It would still be wrong.
That's why aspies living in different countries have different challenges.  Living in some countries may be harder for us. Some cultures may be more accepting of our differences.
caanilorac is from Mexico.

You're right Caanilorac. Sad That is completly unfair, humiliating, and wrong of your teacher to do something like that to you two! I agree that the teacher needs a bit of someone's mind.
I wonder if this teacher is on prac. If so, he should be failed on his prac and so not be able to become a fully qualified teacher.
