(I thought I share a little bit of my story's history line that my characters are going to discover. I have writers' block right now within my main story. I hate this writers' block...)

Vashdale the diseased was a neglected soul in a sence. He and his father were exiled from an elfin city that now lay in ruins deep in the oceans waters. Once, this city was populated with many different races. Vashdale only had love from his father, and none other. It was not enough to sustain his heart from becoming hurt and bitter, as he was treated as a half-bred freak. His Thienan like mother also refused to give him effection, and he never knew her.

The Thienan were an orc like race with hairy bodies. Vashdale's father was killed one cold, rainey night by a group of humans that folk of his world called Terrans. They were bandits, only killing the innocent elf to rob him. They beat poor Vashdale and left him alone by his father's body. The thirteen year old Vashdale cried over his body and left it there later to live alone within a lonely forest. He bacame a bandit later on himself, and killed travelors of various sorts as well as other bandits, thieves, and robbers.

Finally, influence toward his corrupting his heart and innocent, chastised soul began a path for the worse when he entered an inn one night. His concealed his image from head to toe, and rented a room. The Terran owner let him eat, drink, and have his sleep. The daughter of the owner peeped in and saw Vashdale begining to uncover his image. She admired his rough skin, his big hands, and all that he was. He was furious to find her seeing him, and pulled her into his room.

He threatened to kill her is she spoke about him to any others. The girl reasurred him that she would say nothing and how she admired his appearance. The two sat together that night, talking about themselves and their distain for their enemies. The woman was more corrupt than he was, and wanted to currupt him further by introducing him to her worship of an evil God. She led Vashdale, and her goodly father, to a secret cult temple. Vashdale became a student there and learned revenge and death was the way of the soul.

He further learned to hate other beings and liveing things. Vashdale came to believe it was better to die than live in the twisted world he saw in his own eyes. It was too late for any good to be said to him. Far too late to change a life time of the abuse and pain Vashdale had suffered. Nothing was left but hate, and the faintest little flicker of justice. The vile God blessed him with a temperary power to inflict sickness, and inflict he did. During a summer festival with in the elfin city, he murdered a square full of people with his magic.

The woman he met rescued him as guardmen chased him down to be killed. This was only the beggining of Vashdale's revenge. The woman's father was sacrified on an alter of mold and old blood by her own hand just for Vashdale's pleasure. After this was finished, the both of them banded other worshipers together to smite the world they lived in. They killed nearly everything but a group of humans that they used as slaves from then on. Some groups of elf fled secretly to caves and caverns. Other went across the southern ocean, taking humans with them.

Many forests were burned to the ground as well as nearly every village, camp and city. A young king at the age of 10 told them how killing all things was futile, that it would only give them nothing more to do in the end, and some of them considered carefully what he said. Some of the evil brothers wanted life to live on for amusement purposes, but Vashdale and a the rest were fixed on killing. The evil brethren then turned against each other and began fighting amungst themselves.

The last of the wizards that also apposed Vashdale's massive slaughter had no choice but to join the betrayers. Vashdale and the other evil Lords were not killed, but sent into eternal slumber. Many of their mindless creaters were petrified, and the wizards lost their lives. The betraying Lord and ladies remained behind as imortals to rule and rein over the lands. The armies, sadly, didn't win against the evil they fought against.
The idea of the story is good, but what many readers enjoy reading is situations in which you learn character's emotions.
