My score was 8 because I miss-clicked the button before time was up. Assholes.

I'm doing to again. If I DON'T miss a button, I'd probably get a high score. I'm good at these.
Okay, the timing gets faster and faster as the levels get higher. This game is ***.
Ooh! A Stroop test!! I love Stroop tests -- they're so funny. I made one for my mum, and she got all confused and laughed.

Now I got one on a magnet on my fridge, but it's kind of short and I want to make a longer one again. Cos they're so much fun. Tongue

(It's supposed to work because of the interference of higher reasoning upon lower level reasoning. An illiterate person would be able to do it easily. Or, as a comparison. If somebody were to write the colours in Chinese and you couldn't read Chinese characters, then it would be easy and there would be no interference whatsoever.)
18. (Because the cursor wasn't quite on the right button -- not because I couldn't get the colour.)

It's more fun if you write a list, and then try and say the colours as fast as you can.

Like this:

blue
pink
red
yellow
etc...

The noises and music were a bit distracting and annoying, though.
I got 16. The song was bothersome; I think the Stroop test on Brain Age is better.
I got 18. The time was running out I panicked, and click the wrong one.

I don't like the stroop test on Brain Age. It doesn't recognise my yellow or blue.
I took off my earbuds, so I couldn't hear the song.

My final score was 35.

I was also saying the colours out loud.
I keep getting caught out.
Sometimes there is a sequence where the colour of the word and the word match up, so when the sequence stops I end up clicking on the word rather than the colour of the word.
Memorising the colours at the bottom is my problem. When it is going fast I panic and their locations just seem to disapear out of my mind. I will probably get better at that through practise.

I don't muddle the colours up anymore, I look at the bottom of the screen so I can see the colour but I can comprehend the word. It hurts my eyes but it is worth it.

On my last go I got 62.

48…I might do better if I practiced.

But then, why bother.

Perhaps I just lack competitive spirit.
After about ten minutes I started to get a headache, so I stopped.

But before that my highest score was 61.
I can't figure out how to do it, but I've done it when someone had a shirt that listed the names of colors with different colors, and I could list them all fast by the color and not by the word. I have difficulty understanding why it's considered to be difficult for so many.
Oh, I see - the little gray boxes are probably what list the names of different colors, except that I can't read them because the font is too small. That would explain why I don't know where I'm supposed to click.

I am awesome at these, but ~throws a tantrum~ IT WAS TOO FAST!!!!! I scored 14 not because I got it wrong, I was too slow in getting the answer.  I just needed time to memorize where the colors were at the bottom, then it would have been ON!!!
