The traits usually associated with NT's are the opposite ones associated with Aspies.
For instance in my song - understanding flirting and enjoying noisey social gatherings and being able to talk for hours and generally not understanding or having patience for people who don't like these things.
My biggest dig is when I compare logic with cunning and call it 'smoke and mirror's both because it rhymes but also because one thing aspies have a hard time with is typical human political manuvering. Even my best NT friends are brilliant at that 'game' even when they don't use it to harm people. But it's STILL cunning and emotional manipulation that Aspies just seem unable to participate in.
Trent, that's cool - I wasn't offended at all. I have a lot of angry angst songs (and posts) in my past. Because you admit to it being a bit over the top, and that you aren't holding on to it as your 'processed' response I think it's not going to be a problem with some people. But yeah, others tend to not take into account the difference between knee jerk reactions and a thought out and settled perspective.

I've written quite a few songs, actually, but only have one other one up on line at the moment.
The student who posted the original video has responded to my video and I have responded to him. I will let those who are interested go read.
My hope is for a helpful, educational dialogue with those who are insensitive and ignorant about AS and perhaps this is a good beginning?
After trolling on this forum for a week or so here's my first post.
Some of what I saw has given me a luagh so here's my stuff.
It's not very original and is based on a song called "Hit em up" by a rap artist called Tupac, not my normal music of choice but it seemed appropriate.
Bad language pervades this so if your easily offended give it a miss and this isn't meant as a serious reply to the mentioned youtube video just something I did as a thought excercise while at work.
