...and I got my presents today.
I got Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and the Wii. I like the Wii, but my mom thinks she might sell my GameCube. It makes me sad, too. I gave away my Gameboy Advance to my cousins in Poland (I DON'T KNOW THEM AT ALL AND PROBABLY WON'T GIVE A DAMN IF THEY DIED) a long time ago, and I wasn't happy about that either.
It's kinda silly isn't it? Crying over a videogame console.

Aw, man... tell your mom you don't want her to sell it... It's yours, isn't it; and you should be able to decide?
If she insists, ask that she sell it to you; and if you don't have the money, tell her you'll do chores for it. A lot of Aspies are good at detail work--maybe there's something in the house that's needed organizing for a long time, and you could do it in exchange for the game console?
BTW, crying over a possession isn't all that far-fetched. After all, you had many hours of fun with it--why shouldn't you be sad if you lost it?

I would go crazy if anybody tried to give away my games consoles. I get pretty angry if anybody touches them without my consent.
My friend got a Wii and Twilight Princess for christmas. Its a great game! but he is terrible at it so he needs my Zelda expertese (I've only finished Wind Waker, but I am naturally good at them). Luckily if your mum sells your Gamecube you can still play your Gamecube games via your Wii. So keep your games and your controller.

I got a Need for Speed game for the Wii from my dad, and for reasons unknown and undefined, Abercrombie perfume from A COUSIN A COUPLE TIMES REMOVED named Wojciech. (NOT VO) I don't think I'll ever use the perfume (ran into too many bad encounters with perfume already), but the vial looks cool, so it'll sit on my shelf as an ornament.
I'm still wondering who I should call Wojtek. (Pet name. Most Polish names have a pet name to go with it, like Joseph and Joe) Possibly the real Wojciech, not the cousin I don't know too well.
