I started doing photography 6 years ago, so most of this was taken back then when I first started using an slr. The cemetery photos and some others were taken more recently with a really crappy olympus automatic 3.2 megapixel thing. I am hoping to get a nikon dig slr soon so I can get back into this properly. Anyway, there are a lot of these. Comments welcome.

Those are gor-geous!!!
I think these images are stunning!

Just a tip, I think there are few replies from other users because people (at least me) tend to avoid threads with many replies(because I want to make a comment but I don't want read too much).

I didn't like number 2,3,4 BUT absolutely LOVED the rest. I mean loved. You have a very good eye and a heck of a lot of talent. Have you studied or is this all natural talent? I could easily imagine any of these gracing a publication. Oh about those three above the fact that I didn't like them isn't saying they were no good, just not to my taste.
I wish I had a talent like that. I am just great at being tactless, offensive, and brutal in my honesty. LOL
These are pretty. I especially like 3. The light relecting off the edges of the clouds give a cool lightning effect.
To be completely honest I would say that 9 of the 29 photographs are top notch. You do absolutely have an eye for beauty. I have written comments, suggestions, ideas etc for most of them as of now. If you are up for it I could post them.

Not only do you have a chilling ability to catch the beauty of a landscape, you do also have an eerie ability to photograph people. It seems they aren't aware of your presence and because of that feels absolutely at ease.

I can't wait to post some of my own photographs.

Keep up the Good Work!

Look what I said before about your expertise goes double for those cemetary shots. Who would have thought such a place could be photographed with such beauty!
Most photography doesn't strike a reaction from me, but I really like how a tombstone blends in with flowers in that cemetery picture!
One idea that I've tried with certain of my own photographs is to take three copies and put them up side by side (½inch or inch space between each picture). The first photograph that you posted in this thread (sun glistening in water photographed from a moving boat) is one that lends itself to benefit from an idea like that. I consider that as one of the 9 top notch.

All I can say is - if you can produce these with a crappy automatic - I can't wait until you get a real camera to play with.  You have 'the eye'.  :-)
