Should we send emails to Bolton Council to complain, Amy?

Stella Maru
I wonder if they would say that they cant discuss personal cases, bla bla.
It would be great to help someone still stuck in a poor situation.
There must be people trapped like that up and down the country, if anyone hears of a case we can try and give support or practical help.
This is the URL of Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council Social Services Online complaints form:

Shall I write and complain about this appalling abuse on my own, or shall we write a letter and all sign it from AFF?

Stella Moo
Thats a good idea, write one and sign it from AFF on behalf of us all. Post a copy and let us know if they reply.
I'll do it after tea Amy.

Stella Moo
I had to fill in boxes on an online form viz:

Nature of Complaint

I wrote: Mistreatment, incompetence, cruelty and negligence in the case of "Andrew Taylor," who is autistic, and to whom Bolton MBC owed a Duty of Care.

Action You Would Like to See Taken

I wrote: Dismissal of the social workers responsible.

I signed it pp. AFF, and have given them my contact details. An auto answer came up when I clicked the "Submit" button saying they would contact me within two days.

Let's wait and see if they answer

Stella Moo
It will be good to see their response. Thanks Stella.
I go to university in Bolton I wonder if I could 'whip up' some interest on campus?
Could we/should we send a letter of support to the ombudsman and the council officer who stopped this?
