Yes, they copied it from http://www.netvibes.com , which I have been using for ages. However, I'm going to explore iGoogle a little to see if I like it- I can't use Netvibes at school and I can use iGoogle, so it might be worth switching!
I switched to GMail because school computers couldn't handle Hotmail.
