My favorite group is Disturbed. Anybody else enjoy Disturbed?
I have HEARD of them.
*finds The Game on Youtube*
I like it! =D
The bands on that poll lick dinosaur scrotum! Why not list some proper metal bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Megadeth, Slayer etc?
Well, pal...if you haven't noticed already, there's an OTHER option. Just mark 'other' instead of complaining!
OK, I'll play ball. From that list, 1980's Metallicaq is the best. Hopefully Rick Rubin can light a fire under their asses in order for them to make something good. Especially since Megadeth are kicking ass with their new material. Check out Sleepwalker. It shreds!

I was "Down with the sickness"
But i prefer I am ghost, (+44) and Avenged Sevenfold
AVENGED SEVENFOLD ROCKS!!!
My favorite A7X song is 'Unholy Confessions'!
I listen to them sometimes. I was going to pick Papa Roach but has anyone noticed how they turned into Blink 182 with distorted guitars after Getting Away with Murder.
Yeah, whatever happened to them. Their last good song was 'Getting Away With Murder'. And their most recent album is not too good in comparison to their other work.
I think they're way better than many bands these days. Along with Lamb Of God, Chimaira and Mastodon.
Though looking at the list I'm glad I had grunge when I was younger. Most of those bands don't come close to the likes of Nirvana and Pearl Jam.
Alice In Chains and Soundgarden were better.

I agree. I mean, I like Nirvana, but Alice in Chains is much better. As for Soundgarden, maybe. I haven't heard enough of their music to give a judgement.

Alice In Chains are one of my favourite bands. I saw them live last year and they were fantastic. If you ever get the chance, go see them! You won't regret it.
As for Soundgarden, get hold of Badmotorfinger and Superunknown. Awesome albums. Chris Cornell has a new solos album out in May called Carry On. Hopefully there will be some nice rockin' songs that bring back memories of Soundgarden.
Hell yes! Blood Mountain is an absolute masterpiece.
disturbed... only a few songs. I'm much more into the thrash, british invasion, death, black, folk, and general scandanavian metal genres
