Not a lot of people know the symptoms, I've been searching for about 5 years to find out what is wrong with me, and I only stumbled upon AS because I heard it in a movie that my mother watched. I really haven't told anyone because knowing my friends and family they'd brush it off and not believe me.

Focus: You can't expect people to know much about autism, so don't blame him. And unless you're some sort of psycho-doc you should refrain from diagnosing people you don't know squat about.
