I agree that the medical field in general do view autism as a negative thing. But you People seem to think that NT's are "The Enemy" or something. That's not the case. I for one, have no problem with autism or ADD or anything like that. My mom works with mentally disabled adults so i have personal experience with it. I don't have much experience, however, with this type of autism, I really wish someone would contact me and enlighten me on this. I have so far, only gotten to talk to one aspie, so if anyone cares to talk to me about it, I'd love to listen. Unfortunatly i have to get offline soon, but I will be back later today to continue posting.

OK, I'm back online and ready to continue our discussion (if you can call it that). Amy, i read what you wantedm e to read and it seemed like reading the same thing over and over. These are the scientific "facts". I want to talk to an actuall person who has aspergers so i can better understand what its like to have to deal with it daily. I need to talk to someone, not read.

I'm not angry and I'm not demanding. My point is that you all seem to have a chip on your shoulders, saying "oh NTs don't understand, boo hoo pity me". If you want Nts to understand you, make us understand, otherwise, stop complaining about it.

And no, I didn't read the whole thing but i don't see much of a point in reading the WHOLE thing if it will get me nowhere in understanding. There are doctors who study it whom you clain don't understand you so i don't see how reading that will help at all.

What battle, I'm not fighting anyone. I simply thirst for information unatainable by any means but talking to real people. I am stating my opinions. Everyone seemed to agree and i don't and i think this forum needed some oposing sides.

I'm telling you what i think, these "insulting" opinions have been formed due to the fact that no one is willing to correct me. It's no fault of mine that you choose to be offended by my opinions. It could be based on Iceland. I've always wanted to go there.

Iceland would be interesting to visit but I don't think I would want to live there for a long time. Whatever place is picked, I hope it has lots of trees.

It's a bit disappointing to see that more wasn't done to educate Cheeezy and think she must now be long gone.

Does Glastonbury in England has a reputation for attracting aspies and other HFA conditions? It sounds really interesting... Could you please elaborate on that?
