Vegeta is my favorite character in that show. It is a wonderful show were many things get blown up. It gets deeper than that however, as evident with Vegeta's struggle to become the strongest. Does anyone else like this show?

I like DBZ. I think it used to be my special interest for years. I'm from Hungary, and when I was 13 years old, it was banned from the TV in the middle of the story(when Trunks arrived), and I watched the rest of the series two years later, when it was on a german TV channel. Unfortunately, I didn't understand everything, because I'm not good at german. Later I watched the movies and Dragonball GT. I didn't like GT as much as Z and Dragonball. Anyway, my favourite character used to be Gohan, but later my favourite character has been Piccolo.

I collected DBZ cards, however I didn't have many.

to me DBZ is like the same story line over and over, some dude wants to take over, everybody kills each other, the good guys run though death world and are resurected by the dragonballs.

and why is it always like 30 episodes of two guys ccharging up? i think it took Goku like 100 episodes to finally charge into SSJ1. they were always like Goku has almost achieved is ultimate power, maybe next episode he will get there.

first there was vageta, then there was freiza (s/p). then cell, then Bu then Broli, it just keep going on.

their theme song should be the never ending story.

Mehh, not really. Too long, pointless and repetitive. I usually don't watch anythingthat is more than 100 episodes total or especially, has no finale, unless it's VERY good and worth my time.

DBZ in a nutshell:

Goku is dead or incapsitated.

Everyone fights off an enemy; they seem to be evenly mached or winning...

But then the enemy undergos an uber powerful transformation and then...

On the next episode of DBZ! Everyone is losing. All hope seems lost... But Goku arrives to save the day!

This point has more a bit more variation than the others. Typically the fight continues and after awhile the Z fighters win, but then Goku becomes dead or incapsitated again to continue the cycle.

The villian often seems to lose because incompinants more than anyone else.

I find this kind of repetition entertaining, but maybe I'm just insane.

Well life is full of repetition but I don't hear anyone pointing THAT out...

I like it. I really want to see the japanese original though. I so want to hear sweet little Goten telling some1 to "Kiss His ***" & all the adult characters saying *** all the time.. Im not to keen about the amounts of blood though, it all got edited out from the ENG DUB until the last season where they started showing abit on their skin but it never poured out like in the JAP version.. I have a 10 second clip that has about 25x as much blood as all of DB/Z/GT Eng DUB combined lol.

Did any1 notice that in the last season its all like 1 day or something..... Think about it when Goku left it had only been about 1/4 of a day in the show or something & it had been about 2 months in real life & they played it 5 days a week. I always liked the long transformations they had the 1st time they when Super but they always shortened it after that, I get why but when they just clench their fists & their Super it doesnt seem as dramatic.

& yeah there were a few underlining stories they didnt really focus on. Like Vegeta's struggle to be the strongest but I also think Vegeta's trust issues were 1 of them. Think about it he pretty much hated every1 & he gradually started accepting them. The whole thing with Future Trunks was interesting cos he didnt think he was good enough & didnt want anything to do with his son from the future but when Cell killed him he realised wat he had missed out on for being to stuborn & went on a complete rampage.

I download the JAP original GT movie about Goku's decendant & it was hilarious when him & his friend were relieving them selfs in the river & his friend got some on his hand & was scaring Goku with it & started chasing him around lmao that would freak any1 out & when the bad guys were chasing him he pulled down his pants slapped his butt a few times & said "KISS MY ***" & the bad guys didnt like that at all it was soooooo funny.. I dont know if those parts where in the ENG DUB movie cos I never bought it
