Vincent by Don McLean.
It's about Vincent van Gogh, I can't stop listening to it.
For they could not love you
But still, your love was true
And when no hope was left inside
On that starry, starry night
You took your life as lovers often do...
But I could've told you, Vincent:
This world was never meant
For one as beautiful as you.

What a great song, i don't do "old" music as such but that is a great song.
Yes, it is.
I haven't stopped listening to it for days, I'm listening to it now.
I'm not listening to anything right now.
I am listening to "Dramamine" by Modest Mouse.
Now I'm listening to "Debra" by Beck... I just discovered this masterpiece last night. For anyone who likes Beck, it's off of his 2004 album Midnite Vultures.
Wahey! Thank you - that's always been my favourite Abba tune, though it often escapes attention for not being a dance floor filler like Dancing Queen. I had no idea anyone else had tried their hand it - I always enjoy a new take on a familiar song, and Blancmange make a fair fist of it.
I am currently listening to Rory McLeod - Lullabies For Big Babies. Can't recommend him strongly enough, a one-man-band singer-songwriter with a varied range encompassing dance music from around the world and some exquisitely constructed and observant lyrics about human relationships.
