Clearly it still needs to be diagnosed, but my brother (aged 33) has been to many doctors, who have not actually been particularly helpful and they are not in a position to witness the symptoms first hand, whereas immediate family members can (but clearly I am not a doctor, but I know my brother!) He just mirrors the symptoms so accurately that are described in the basic reading that I have done on Aspergers and he definitely needs help.
