Of course "Home Is A Battleground" is just one of those attention-grabbing headlines so beloved of the popular media. I've no doubt that some homes are in a state of virtual siege but the impression given here is that autistic kids are violent and uncontrollable.

There has to be some reason this boy is getting so upset. Find the reason and deal with it and his behaviour will improve.
Even NT kids don't like their belongings meddled with or being hurried to do stuff before they are ready or rules that are applied inconsistently or real or perceived favouritism towards a sibling or siblings - the list just goes on.

Then there are all the sensory issues to consider - clothes too hot or cold, tight shoes, overwhelming smells, noises and so on. These might be somewhat of an issue for all children, but especially autistic children.
