Autlang is going along great...but we need to get some things down here...and I don't think I'll get anyones attention by posting in the Autlang topic(I've already tried)......
Autlang NEEDS A WRITING SYSTEM!!!!.....Its good to know how to speak but now we need to know how to write it as well. without it we won't be able to accomplish the things that matter to us most.....like home work for those of us in school....etc.....do you guys/girls know what I mean?!?!

If you're going to isolate yourselves by means of speech, you need to likewise adopt a script to complete the isolation process. I suggest something idiographic, written bottom to top.

If we write like this then the language itself will be seen as only a code and would attract more fascination to NTs who want to "crack" our code....that above all else must be avoided...
if NTs were to learn our language...then it would become a second english....
and Dogface, I agree. Maybe we can do the japanese style-top to bottom OR left to right,etc. for those who are to used to english to change writing styles...
The complications now with this system is that we don't have any vowels, consinants....this is why I've been trying to encourage a writing system in the earliest of times, but now Autlang is too well developed, now it just looks like a second english when its written.....*sigh*......
Don't Worry, Leave This one to me. I've got the PERFECT system already planned out. its actually QUITE easy to remember. . .
Why do this? Because its what we need desperately. Autlang is used for us to communicate. if we accomplish this, then we'll make a break through possibly in the autfinity project. . .
IDEA: How about we take EVERY Consenant in EVERY word we've made so far and use ONLY those consinants for the writing system. . .
it limits are choices for word creation I know, but it makes this FAR MORE easier for most. . .

Its supposed to be a language only known by those who are autistic. . .so that way Autistic people could communicate without fear of being over heard.
For example: I used Autlang the other day to say a very insulting comment to a peer(I was more testing it out than being immature). Nonetheless they had absolutely NO idea what I said. . .
If You check out the "Autlang" topic. you'll find a source of words. Also a small bit of slang. . .

We did also toy with the idea that the letter 'c' was unnecesary, as both the sounds it makes can be indicated with 'k' and 's'.

A writing system for autLang is kinda---off. I mean, we'd have to be writing it all on paper or by mouse to communicate with each other on the internet because we don't even have the time for a font system. So, why bother?
I think I remember someone saying they could make a computor font of it. We'd only be able to use it on autistic-related websites I guess, but it's still fun.
Pikajedi3, I would be OK with it but I don't know how "secret" others want htis to be.
Well, I can make a sans-serif font based on the English writing system that has a few misc. characters in it that could be used in autlang.
