The search facility was removed in order to save disk space - it was either remove the search facility or delete old posts. We decided to remove the search facility instead.

You must be doing something wrong Andra. Anyone can post a link or put things in their sig.

You need to ensure BBCode is enabled, for some reason it was disabled on that post (i just edited it to enable it again.

Confirmed. The "View posts since last visit" function is broken. When I click on "View posts since last visit", phpBB bounces me back to the index page. Then today, when I clicked on "View posts since last visit", I got logged out.  :evil:

I believe I complimented you on your wonderful Hitler/Melon Avatar animation... can't find the thread - so I don't know if I actually said 'hello'.

I actually spent quite some time fixed watching your animated Avatar. I love it and would not like to see it, or you, vanish.

Not being very au fait with anything complicated to do with computers, I don't understand how to post links and pictures so would appreciate it if it could be made a bit easier (if possible, of course).

What is this thing about BB Code? I don't understand what that is.

The stuff you write within square brackets to format your post, for example:

But I don't think I do it like that.

I know you weren't trying to flirt, and I wouldn't have taken it that way  :grin: Before I was married, I didn't notice flirting attempts until the girls in question took hold of me and made things very obvious - lol.

With my wife, however... I really liked her and wrote her a riddle the answer of which was that I liked her more than just as a friend. When she solved it, I stole a kiss from her... eventually she agreed to go out with me, and the rest is history. Now 18 years later, we are still very happy with each other.

As for the person who insulted my wife and children... that person is not worth your skinned knuckles and, as far as I am concerned, is dealt with. Such people just want to try and hurt other people... and their efforts only reflect back on themselves - and if played with care, they only hurt themselves with their failed spite.

I haven't been in the chat room hear at all - I'll have to give it a go some day... I am very very glad you are not leaving

My wife doesn't use the internet - and I don't tell her about people who say such things. If I did tell her, she wouldn't be particularly upset... she'd just think such people were ignorant... and she would be correct. I'm just not interested in telling about things that simply would not be of interest to her. I do often share funny comments and jokes I come across with her and news about the nice people I encounter.

After all, my wife gets kicked, punched, bitten and scratched at her place of work. She's a very sweet and gentle person but also a tough little cookie  :grin: (She works with people in the last stages of Alzheimer's). I am awfully proud of her.

I have worked on more than one movie, but they only list movies which have or have had a distributor. I'll check if you have an email button at the bottom of your posts... if so, I'll email you an MP3 of one of my pieces.  :grin:
