Anyone who uses second life - there's a piece of land available at amber's island (138,147,23). It's L$20,000 (£40 GBP).

Amy and i were discussing how to make a group and i found out how.  so i made one.

Amy, you have been invited and i will make myself not owner after you join...   I just wanted to do it while I noticed how groups work, cos i figured i would forget if i waited...

Also. it cost $100 to make the group, so I have $100 lindendollars left.

Of course, lindendollars are like L$1000 for $4 right now, see https://secondlife.com/currency/index.php so we can buy more easily.

That's great. I will join, and we can hopefully talk to the other groups and see if they have any advice for us on how to get some land. :smile:

I just had an idea while half-awake:

Those of us who want to run a small business from inside SL could rent space (like one little office inside a whole building or complex) from our favorite groups, thereby supporting the groups at the same time as getting some land without having to buy a whole island.
