Podcast is a silly term for "compressed audio/video files on a website" - that's what AutTV is technically, but we don't use the name podcast because it's silly.

I think he means an RSS feed. The videos should be compressed to a 320x240 MP4 file, and an XML file with links to the videos should be constructed (this can be done with Blogger). By doing that, it will be possible to download the videos to a podcasting machine like an ipod video or PSP without having to visit the AutTV site every time a new episode is released.
