Barry George who was jailed for murdering Jill Dando (a tv presenter) might have some hope today as a BBC documentary looks at the evidence in the case, and how it could easily be flawed.

The documentary is currently on BBC1 in the UK.

He was diagnosed with it before the crime ever happened.
