It's just the outline of the beginning of the language, the content so far is what we have come up with here, and what me and Luai have been working on in the #autlang chat room.

I wanted everyone to be able to see it to comment as we go, in case there is some kind of glaring error you would spot it, and we could change it as we work along.

I can add more to the page today.
Can you copy and paste any typos here, so I can correct them.

Or if you want something added type -

please paste to autlang page [ content here ]
Me and Luai did come up with numbers yesterday which we didnt finish off.

It was 2 letter words from 1-9 then with ten being x, then adding x onto the end of the 1-9 to make 11 and so on.
Had a look, the link is not working by the way, and I don't like the look of trying to pronounce it.

autlang is simpler than that too.
Been more work going on in the #aff chat room on autlang, and more words have been added. How does it look?

Also, does anyone want to write a poem, or short story in autlang, be the first!
Post it here and I will put it on Aut TV.
That's really nice.

Just to make a few points - we don't need a 'the' word (as with Russian) to keep it simpler.
Or the word 'is' (similar to missing out words with ASL or even text speak)

It makes the language simpler and quicker, easier for non-verbal/semi-verbal people to use, and for those typing or using facilitated communication.
Also we won't use any capital letters with autlang, which makes it quicker too.

To revise your poem then (hope you don't mind)

autlang en ji

autlang en ji,
autlang en ji,
ji la autlang ma nez wa bin

te la autlang
qa la autlang,
rew la autlang
fe la autlang

autlang gal, dook en hin

fej la autlang....

zo ra ki.

I changed gaal to gal for great, so its easier to pronounce. I added the new words to the webpage. Also I changed loo to zo as all the verbs have only 2 letters.
I put the question words, but abbreviated them to make them as small as possible.
I made this song -

ji la autlang
brin brine
jin autz doyz
pen fen
fe san pin brin

To hear it -

That's really good.

I made some small changes, I made kun into kin to avoid the potential for a rude sounding word being formed when talking.

Also zok would have additional e's on the end to make it sunny, sunnier, sunniest.

I have added the poems to the page, and new words.
Hi Luai

I will change fen, I have already changed zokn to zoke.

With the pass by thing, I think we need to give numerous meanings to words, such as 'perhaps' also being possibly and maybe, to keep maximum simplicity.

Yes the song will play in windows, not sure what else :?
It is possible for people making new words to use this format -

english word = autlang word

So then I can copy and paste it straight onto the page and it saves a lot of time.

Would some very brave and helpful person type out all the numbers up to 100 for easy reference using the base of what is already made on the page?

Numbers = nonz

4: po
5: gu

7: ke
8: fa

Is it clear how it works (I am not good at explaining such things)
Can you suggest an alternative Dave?

One thing I noticed so far is that we dont have any 'ch' or 'sh' or 'th' sounds, which I think is good as natives of german can struggle with that in other languages, also they are very open to confusion in pronunciation.
Done.

Amy and I decided that for the next stage in Autlang's development, each person involved should pick a subject, such as a special interest, and write up a list of words (in Autlang & english) pertaining to that subject.

ooh! Can I do computer-related?(or is that already taken?)

You got in there first, so do computers, there is already a word for computer, but not related items.

For brand name items, they should remain the same, such as 'mozilla', 'firefox' or 'coca cola'.
