I like Mozart, Vivaldi. It is difficult to just pick a few. I like some rock bands but nothing very current since I do not listen to the radio or watch MTV. I somewhat dislike watching music videos since I prefer my own visual images to songs. Most music videos are not very good anyway.
My husband will load up songs on my MP3 player and I just walk or go on a swing for about one hour, sometimes three times daily. I have lost about 12 lbs so far.

I like mostly all kinds of music, especially alternative rock. "89x the new rock alternative.." thats the station i listen to.
I have to say my favorites are All American Rejects, Gorillaz, Evanesence, Billy Talent, The killers, Billy Joel.
The theme song for my life is Simple Plan's Untitled.
And my favorite song of all time is the Red Wing Song... and yes they actually have a song.

From 1980, I gre up in the punk scene, so that style of music is quite prominent in my musical tastes which are quite eclectic as well as quite obscure. Currently one of my favorite bands is Boris, from Tokyo, Japan. They are quite prolific with their collaborations with other artists, however one of their styles that I most like is heavy guitar driven rock not unlike a sped up version early Black Sabbath, or a stylistic corss between early Black Sabbath and early Motorhead. Their guitarist is a very dimunitive girl playing a Gibson Les Paul through a stacked Orange amp that appears to be a full third larger than she is.

System of a down, singer Serj Tankian, song BOOM! and Sugar
Mindless self indulgence is another favorite band also.
Female singer eh.... older jewel (no country bumkins in my house!) favorite song on her albums was actually sung by her mother, called 'Little bird'.
I don't really listen to a lot of female singers and what not, more so heavy/rock/industrial/funky/metal/techno/electronica kind of a gal
