Screw these *** faces who think that autism is a deasease. It is not a deasease or somthing of that nature. Were just different, alright. Why don't these *** take down there post now!!!

What is the world coming too, when people can't even tell the difference between taking reasonable precautions toward safety and being paranoid and hysterical.
The degree of what my chemistry professor called "Chemophobia" in society today is a major concern, IMO. You can fool people into banning water by simply calling it dihydrogen monoxide and telling people the dangers of consuming to much of it. 
Basically the common assumption by most people is that anything on the ingredients list that is a big long chemical term is probably bad for you.
I was on a forum for about two days where people were taking out their "Mercury" fillings and chelating themselves and their autistic children. The really dangerous part was they were doing the dosage estimates themselves. When I told them I thought that was dangerous and extreme I had a war on my hands as you can imagine. Needless to say that is why I stayed only a couple days.
Well that and they were against vaccines - they all stopped giving them to their children because it "gave" them autism and I was a horrible mom for giving my son his shots still.
