I hate the ones that make you speak your answer. Dose anyone else find this H~~~? The power went out about an hour and a half ago, so I decided to call the company's outage report servace after about an hour so I could get info on the projected time it will be back on. I knew the servace was automated, so I thought it would not be a problem. But, it asked me questions, and gave me a list of answers to respond with. It only understood me a few times. They finaly give you the option to respond with the keypad aftere asking the question four times. I could not answer until the question was asked of me five times. GRr. A call that should have taken about 5 minutes took close to thirty. This seems verry iritating for people with comunication, and speach dificulties. If it is not just me who finds this dificult, I may write to them to see if they would consider an initial option of the method by which to answer the questions. At least the power should be back on within 7 hours.
