Meeee! Well I like the older, more original Pokemon. I don't really get the newer episodes, maybe it's just me, but they all are becoming similar. Go to a town, battle, move on. The original Pokemon shows I think also may have focused a bit more on the Pokemon vs their trainers.

I like the picture of you with Pikachu, it's so cute! Especially since, and I don't know if it's more of an American thing than a British thing, most guys think they're too macho to like things like plush toys when they're older. Most girls think guys who like that stuff, are fun cuz you can talk to them about cute things without them going on about, sports and then it's like..you have nothing in common.

I am interested in pokemon; it can be a complex game when played against another human player (ingame isn't as hard, Orre Colosseum being an exception), perhaps more so then chess in some ways.

That's why I only liked the kid games, that were included with the first two Pokemon Colosseums. They feature more of the cute Pokemon, and are easy and more fun, vs being challenging and frusterating. Like figuring out the battle stuff.

It all started when I was introduced by a friend who had the game. The concept of catching creatures with special abilities, then taming them to be used mainly in fights against others intrigued me.

I downloaded Pokemon Blue for a GameBoy Colour emulator before buying the game. Addiction set in! I finally went out and bought Pokemon Blue for my own GBC.

Later on, I bought Pokemon Silver, and much later, Pokemon Sapphire. For a short time I got some duplicate cards my half-brother no longer wanted and watched some of the anime but not anymore.

I still play Sapphire and Silver but not very often.

This sort-of got me into the wider world of gaming. I played a couple more RPGs such as Ragnarok Online and Diablo, whereas before I didn't even bother play any RPGs.

Pokemon has also got me a little more into animals and wildlife.

Since you ask a question, I will answer it. I find that Pokemon is for Japanophile nerds and 8 year olds, and it was my least favourite fad that I've been forced to live through. I find it dumb.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, my advice is if you don't like it then don't watch it/play it/buy merchandise

yep he does have AS was diagsoned as an adult and like eistein and edsion he hated school and was thought unteachable, also i ahve blue rescue team for the ds so if someome needs a hero for hire give me your sos password and ill come help

A few weeks ago I got Pearl version (in Japanese). Despite not knowing the language, I think it's one of the best generations yet, though the metagame will likey turn out to be too offensive. The best non-battle related fetures imo would be the step counter (it makes hacthing eggs a little less boring; as you know when the egg will hacth) and the return of day/night. The underground part is also very interesting, but I am a bit annoyed because I can't seem to find any of the stones nessary to evolve some of the old pokemon.

Yep. I do! I liked Pokemon since 2000!

I played the gameboy games Yellow and Gold. I always collected the legendary creatures, I wasn't that interested in strategy.

I love Pokemon Adventures, if they animated that then Pokemon's reputation would be much better! I mean, the Elite Four are freakin' terrorists! I'm thinking about trying to get the new volumes for Christmas, but I have been for the last few years. It's just so hard, you can only get it from individual sellers...
