Yoghurt has nothing to do with mold. It has its texture and acidity because of some (healthy) bacteria. (Natural Yoghurt that is) Unsweetened Yoghurt will be without mold far longer than other dairy liquids.
Yoghurt is used in diets for people who have problems with candida, wich is a fungus/mold.
It's the additions in yoghurts, like fruit and sugar that make it a place for mold to grow easily. The yoghurt it self is quite hostile for molds. And if its skinny yoghurt its even more hostile.
