I am sure there are many more. Those that came out more recently may drop off the list eventually, others have withstood the test of time. As you can see I love kids movies, especially the ones that have a little dark side. Other favorite genres are sci-fi and indie.

For a while I was quite heavily into mythology, so I can spot a metaphor when I see one (well most of the time), and these films (except maybe the Leone ones) contain those in abundance.
What about anime and world cinema? Oh and martial arts and wuxia movies like Crouching Tiger? Anyone like these movies? I'm completely obsessed with Studio Ghibli for example.

I love the Ghibli movies too! I haven't seen them all yet, sad enough... My favourites are Spirited Away and Grave of the Fireflies.
