I think it's a bit of a naff idea - I'd rather rule it under a sort of Communist regime, and select younger but equally as able people as me to become successor. But, it's probably the closest thing we have to 'fairness' on AFF - free from any elitist influence. The vote will be closed to <16's, and I won't vote, neither will other candidates (do any choose to turn up).

I would volunteer to be a candidate for a forum moderator as I have a lot of experience in it, but I'll be 16 in about four months anyway; so it would serve no purpose.
I'll be 16 in 7 months now. Nothing is stopping me from participating in this forum. Heck, I'll even make sure an 'elder party' (much like that of the Chinese system) is established so I still remain influencial in power.
I'll run. I'm on a lot, I don't turn 16 for 2 years, and I will allow freedom of speech while on this board.
This forum is for 16s and under, so anyone can post until they are 17, so that wouldn't exclude any of you for a while.

Cool, democracy. But uh, shouldn't you guys have a REASON we should vote for you? I think a poll thread would be good to decide the moderator, but just saying "I'm running" is kinda...weak. Give us a reason why you (whoever you are) should be moderator instead of anyone else. AspergiaKidd is fairly active on the forums, and he has some good ideas and seems fair enough. I'd vote for him (or her, haven't read the profile).
