In part because I've often been inclined to post something (such as pro-death USA or CfRA) along such lines myself (not eugenics, but intentionally offensive, in response to something that greatly annoys me).
Though more readable, and somewhat tongue-in-cheek.

The lawn gnome liberation front! It's a dutch underground organisation that steals lawn gnomes and sets them free in the woods... They actually exist, i heard about them a couple of years ago.

The main effort actually seems to be French, and it's much less offensive than funny.
Though an Italian version actually does appear to be completely nuts.
Lawn gnomes, like penguins, are one of those objects which are inherently funny, and thus any joke no matter how inane or overdone, involving them is amusing.
