if about social problem, i found this:
Traits that help social skills appear more polished
* Verbal
o Smoothness of delivery (lacks stuttering, awkward pauses, etc.)
o Intelligible speech (not too loud or soft, avoiding monotone but not dropping off the end of sentences)
o Using muscle words to help describe ideas in conversation.
* Non-Verbal
o Confident stance (standing up straight but not at attention)
o Relaxed manner (not too tense, not falling asleep)
* Other
o Diplomacy is an important skill
+ Disagreements will happen, how one handles them will show one's personality
o Ability to feign interest
o Sometimes a fresh start with new people is helpful
o Social skills will not fix everything, just help your interactions with others

that verbal and other stuffs is a little difficult, but about non-verbal i know what to do, like yoga. it makes you relaxed and that can littlebit improve your confident.
