I've just found this mp3 about body language in job interviews.  It provides tips about what to do, and what gestures to avoid.

I found it at thesite.org

Hope this will be useful to someone out there!
I had to stop listening to this but it was good.  I did not know that touching your face means that someone is lying.  Actually that is not true and people touch their faces all the time just because of ticks or itchy nose from allergies.  Maybe just shyness or embarrassment.  I could actually see some ignorant NT sitting in a job interview counting how many times someone touches their face while talking instead of actually listening to the content.  Some people just are fools when it comes to delivery, they miss the message.
I think we should get the option of having a phone interview (mind you, that doesn't help those of us who are nervous on the phone too).

Personally, I think there should be the option of having an interview where you can type your answers into a computer, such as in a private internet chat-room.  This would solve the problem of having a nervous voice in interviews, being tongue-tied and saying "um" and "er" too much!

Yes, if there was the option of typing answers into a computer, a lot of us would not have the same problems as we would with a verbal interview.
