Good for you.  I think the problem is that people dont even start to learn a little about it until it affects them.  There are too many people just like me.  Maybe if some of the soaps introduced a character with autism and handled it really well, it could help to educate people.  The danger is handled badly, it's worse.  It has its really funny times too, when my son comes out really innocently with seriously funny stuff.

Seems they're the ones begging for attention, not you.

They need to be educated. And quick.

I really am a stealth aspie... I've always tried to be NT... up until recently when I looked at my life and thought, "everyone seems to have some problem with me but I cant figure out what it is, therefore something must be wrong with me" Looking back at that thought is extrememly depressing... I actually believed myselfe inferior to them... And had come up with that on my own...
