The first is more visually appealing, very beautiful and artistic. Perhaps a representation of what we as autistics are capable of? But the second has a stronger emotional impact and may be more useful in dealing with those of less rational mind. What we have to worry about there is people may see it as overly extreme. A similar thing happened in the pro-life movement, people carrying signs with aborted fetuses on them were considered extremist kooks and this colored the perception of the movement as a whole. As an alternative to one and two, you might use pictures of children and adults side-by side, combining emotional appeal with representation of objective facts.
The first appeals to me most, but the question of which one is most beneficial should be tackled by someone with better people skills than I have.
However, if at all possible, might I suggest setting "Why must I prove myself etc." off from the rest, so as to emphasize the point? I'd say at least two paragraphs, maybe even along the bottom, and increase the point size so that it takes up the whole width. A slightly different shade or color may also be helpful.
Overall, however, this is great, a wonderful message and applicable to a great wealth of situations.
I have an image of my own that I made a while ago, I think I'll go find it and add it to this topic later.
Like Conlang I do prefer the first one, the unphotoshopped 2nd version might come across as a bit sentimental (not the text, just the general feel-- like one of those inspirational posters).
Just a very slight error there-- sp error in "terrorest"
Also the text is a bit hard to read, perhaps you could use a different colour?
Well as the saying goes "extreme circumstances call for extreme actions".
I used a fetus because I was trying to direct the issue of people trying to prophesies what the life of a baby will be like and how they will be like as a child and how there life as an adult will be like in a negative way generally before there even born. That connection is hard to get across without using a fetus since its fetuses in which testing is generaly the "ideal" goal and is done and prophesing is made and then abortions are done based on these prophesies.
One involving children could be done but I think a different message with a different audience target would be necessary. Like targetting parents who've already had a child and doctors who diagnosed children prophesing what will happen to the child.
Well I'm not trying to force a point on anyone, I want to make people think and perhaps come to there own conclusions and come up with there own points and spark discussion.

The second one was made due to the spelling error in the first one when the spelling error was pointed out to me. The second one is ment to be like an inspirtation poster so I guess I did a good job.
i think if the words were one light color (with a dark shadow maybe) but not shaded from one lavendar to another, they would show up better. Also you could make the letters bigger, unless it obscured the baby's face too much.
(I meant these comments for the "dark" version.)
