I would like a beach and some parks with flowers, trees, fountains, waterfalls and streams. I love the sound of water and waves. I also like swings that are suitable for adults.
I would like some form of transportation for people who needed it that is quiet and non-polluting. I suppose that the island would be small enough that most people could walk around or just use bicycles.
I would like a short official working day. No more 8 hours plus over-time and you have to come in on weekends. Maybe some adjustable schedules for people who prefer to work at night or different times.
Definitely no big ad posters outside at bus stops, on buildings. I am sick of having to read all the signs all the time. Signs or symbols on stores are ok but not huge big lite up ones.

No educational seperation, no grade levels, no pre/grade/high school or college/university school levels. Have all forms of learning under one roof
Instead have schools of learning with classes seperated by what is taught in the classes and each student choices what to learn and can move on from one class to another class at any time progressing at their own pace.
There should also be a general class which would consist mostly of information gather to understand what the other classes are about where the students could attend and ask questions like "what class would I need to attend so I can understand the basics of quantom physics?" and get answers like "to learn the basics of quantom physics you would need to attend Quantom Physics 101".
Every class would consist of laptops attached to the desk with highspeed internet access. There would be no blackboard with choak instead there would be a giant flat panel touchscreen display with highspeed internet access used with a digetal pen to both write if needed with buttons on it act as a substitude as mouse buttons.
Every laptop would have giant headphones so each student could listen to music on their laptop if they so wish and tune out the teacher.

The buildings should have an anceint look, from many diffrent cultures (Mesoamerican, Egyptian, Chinese, ect...).

I like that idea, ever been to Barcellona with some of the buildings there by the architects really stand out and make the city look beautiful.

Could have a greenhouse/conservatory on the roof. Judging by some of the comments though Solar Panels will take up most of the roof.

I definately agree with the soundproofing things especially as sleep disorders are common in Aspies meaning peoples schedules are going to be wildly different.
I would love to have completely flexable working shedules as well but weather those could be made to work in practice is a completely different story I would say.
I also like the idea of building differing archetectual styles from different areas, especially may may people more confortable I would have thought having things how they are used to them.

Well I have of course never seen a long term perminant residence of Aspies living together although I have been to Autscape which was yes only like 4 days, however from that it does seam Aspies fit together and get allong fine, infact from my expierience better than NT's, try putting 40 NT's into one place for 4 days and see how well they get on, baring in mind in most NT pubs with that many people in on a weekend they can't even handle that without an exhibition of brawling :p
No, but as I say from what I have seen Aspies seam to get on well together, having said that Aspies do not put the same unpleasant pressures on each other as NT's do on them or each other, Seams to me NT's have a habbit of annoying each other as well as us with their hypersociality sometimes, even NT's get in a bad mood and don't want to talk at times I have watched it happern where the one has pointed out they are not in a talking mood and the other keep pushing them until the first one is forced to either march out of the building or give the other one a smack in the mouth LOL!

from my experience at college between 1998 and 2000, aspies seem to get along fine with one another, but arguements did happen, as they would do if someone didn't agree with something
