CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF, SPONGEBOB IS NOT ONLY FOR KIDS

Excessive info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spongebob

The greatest cartoon character ever created.

Nautical nonsense!

Also rumoured to be gay? Like every other cartoon character in the history.

Appeals to all ages.

Not me in the video!

Easily converted into a toy.

Who else loves this (Insane? Retarded? Autistic?! You tell me!) character?

PS. He is also musically talented:

i like spongebob and I like your delirium avatar Smile
Since Spongebob doesn't seem to be very popular here, let's ask if anyone reads Neil Gaiman's Sandman series here?
Neil WHO? Your obscure cultural references have sailed right over my pedestrian head!  :o

I must say, I've never watched Spongebob, but I like the idea of the chubby pink starfish named Patrick!

I also used to watch a children's show called Once Upon A Hamster...Canadian, as I remember.  Live action. REAL animals.  Main characters included Harry the hamster, Martha the mouse (actually I think she was a white RAT but that's cool!), a frog, a turtle (I think), and a guinea pig ( ) named G.P.  He was a fluffy little sissy and a brilliant inventor (guinea pigs are not noted for genius, but once you meet these characters you accept it!) and they all had cute little adventures outdoors.  I started watching it right around the time I started drinking coffee (age 31), and the caffeine & foolery went well together first thing in the morning!
Oooooh, I like Spongebob, and seemingly the rest of my family do as well, though as I don't watch much tv I don't often get the chance to watch Spongebob, but when I do I normally am very entertained
Yes I am a massive Gaiman fan and I got the "endless nights" and "fables and reflections" books for my birthday last week!
