If he goes to prison, it's his fault. I think we are going to see a lot more of these sort of cases coming up in the future. Lawyers will jump on any chance they can to get their client off of the hook and Aspergers is like a get out clause. Along with dyslexia, ADHD, horrid childhood etc. I also think that the media will jump at the chance to sensationalise the 'criminal mind of the Aspergic!', just like they do with anything else and it's tough *** for anyone affected by it if they have to carry the stigma for it. No doubt we will be seeing Dont let your unborn become a child of crime; Abort Now! posters spring up from CAN in the near future :roll:
