Parents of seven abused autistic children have filed a lawsuit in Lackawanna County.
The case revolves around former Abington Heights School District special education teacher Susan Wzorek, who plead no contest last May to charges of abusing autistic children.
Attorney Lawrence Moran filed stacks of paperwork in the lawsuit on behalf of the parents.
Moran tells us Wzorek isn`t the only one to blame.
His clients are also suing the Northeastern Educational Intermediate Unit, the unit`s executive director, the unit`s director of special education, the Abington Heights School District, David Arnold, the man who was superintendent at the time, William McNulty, the supervisor of special education in the school district, and Mariellen Slutko, the Clarks Summit Elementary School principal.
