There are lots of LGBT aspies in the community.

If you are looking for friends you can try http://www.aspiefriends.aspiesforfreedom.com too.
How are the gay community picky?  Do they think that some people are not gay enough?

I do not think that someone could not be aspie enough for us.  We are all different.
Oh, I'm definitely queer. I'm bisexual, and I'm also transgender. I tend to identifiy pretty strongly with the queer aspect of myself as well, and consider it pretty imprtant to me. And I agree with some of the other posters here - I guess it's best for people to find relationships through common interests, rather than simply hooking up in some gay bar.
But that is often the opposite for male aspies, we (or at least me) find it easier to befriend females.
I've never seen a major trend for male homosexuality among Aspies. I have kind of noticed bisexuality among the females, though.

I'm a heterosexual male but I don't have much of a libido.
Well I have certainly seen a lot of FtMs that claim to be Aspie, but as for MtFs I've only encountered about two.
I don't think that you're a homo, but I do think that you are extremely vulgar, and I'm kind of annoyed by that.
Among homosexual men, oral sex is most common. In fact anal sex isn't at all as common among their population as it's made out to be, at least as far as I've heard.

Yeah the great logically incoherent and profoundly insensible position....."Well you may be gay and not know it. Sure you may find the prospect of being with someone of your own gender not sexually appealing, but you should give it a go anyhow. It is socialisation that has brainwashed you, you poor misguided aspie".

By the same rational I could tell to that you are in to bestiality and do not register this consciously. During deep sleep you dream out situation where this is possible. In the real world (conscious world) your mind so actively suppresses such thoughts as they flee you perverted head. But you are sexually attracted to (good-looking) sheep and do not and  are unable to register that fact. Suggesting perhaps a move to an isolated part of the country is in order for YOU to gain happiness and a chance at a happy relationship.

Don't go for this kind of argument? No? It is insulting isn't it?

As a request how about you take you ridiculous quackery somewhere it is appreciated. Or recite it to a flock of sheep somewhere.

I can relate to and understand gay men better than straight. I cannot say I understand men that well - to join in their conversations (social) is hard when they speak together.
I am more emotionally driven - not quite sure what drives men - my husband is lovely but I think it is that "woman are from venus - men are from mars" thing.

I don't understand why people are saying jean pierre is aspiedr or why they say aspiedr is a troll - I must be missing something here - maybe I need to study this thread more intensely.

If you can't then yes you should.
Though you can not find fault with many who have similar grace the board with offensive rhetoric. Maybe the ability to identify these offensive things is required first Lucie. Otherwise in your mind, we are all unreasonably mean to poor picked on members who you feel obliged to defend. Makes it worse all around.

My apologies too.
I like to think the good doctor is tending his sheep somewhere with no plans to return.
Take care

I feel the same way about people saying stupid things

I really don't like arguments, but for my namesake I have to point out, that from the moment you came here you intended to cause conflicts. You could have found friends, and open your mind to new possibilities (or the reverse if you were as logical as you claim), but you decided to be inflexible. Inflexible combined the need to cause conflict is rarely a sign of a logical person.

I do not have a need to cause conflict, I have a need to debate and discuss. I can not help it if almost everyone here is so politically opposite me, that any mention of my position causes strife... In my message on this thread I simply stated my position... And i did it without resorting to name calling or Nazi analogies. Tigger jumped out at me and chaos ensued. You cannot blame a guy for trying to defend himself from outright frontal attack.

But what's the point of debating? You aren't protecting anyone from suffering, and you aren't really learning anything you didn't already know.

For example, I am an Atheist, but I don't go to Christian fourms to debate with, because there's nothing to be gained.

It's not just a matter of what sort of forum you go to. It's still rude to do nothing but post controversial threads and argue.

Quote:
I protect innocent life, the life of a murderer is not my or anyone elses responsibility, except for that persons own. If they are so violent that they need to be put down to PROTECT other peoples lives and property (even in jail), then so be it.

The debate, however is still pointless. Your doing nothing to further your cause, so I assume your debating only to make yourself feel good.
