Here's a suggestion - it might be worth approaching the Guardian journalist Charlotte Moore, who has two autistic sons, and appears to be relatively sympathetic to the anti-cure perspective. She has stated on the BBC website that she doesn't believe in curing autism, and wouldn't want one. She might be willing to come along to the main London event and do a piece for the Guardian on Autistic Pride Day events in Britain. She might even be willing to write about it in advance.

I don't know how you might get a hold of her though. Possibly one might start by phoning the Guardian and trying to get her email address.
Sorry I meant to post it in the Autistic Pride Day section. Must have pressed the wrong button. Anyway, any thoughts?
I cant find her email address.
Yes, that's why I suggested that someone might want to phone the Guardian as a representative for Aspies For Freedom and get her email details. The phone no would probably be in the Yellow Pages, or possibly online.
