Is there a difference in technique between prenatal genetic testing and postnatal genetic testing? Must all genetic tests be done using fetal cell samples?
I think not.
There could potentially be a large lobby who are prolife that could boycott all prenatal genetic testing unless there was a treatment existing for it that had to be administered prenatally or within the first few days after birth. (that covers the excuse of being prepared for any genetic defect).
If people boycotted prenatal testing and then demanded postnatal testing instead would the markets change?
