Prenatal Chromosomal Microarray Analysis (CMA) is available through the Baylor Cytogenetics Laboratory. Prenatal CMA offers the ability to expand the information learned from the study of an amniotic fluid or chorionic villus sample. It allows evaluation of the fetus for over 65 genetic disorders, most of which would not be detected by standard chromosomal analysis.
