Hello everyone!
Autistic Pride Day in Melbourne is coming up soon.
A lady asked me if we had a particular schedule.
Some activities at Scienceworks are time-limited, like the visit to the planetarium. I think that might be limited to schools.
We want the event to be friendly to children, teenagers and adults. And autistic people and their friends and family.
At Scienceworks there are three exhibitions which are long-term which you might have seen. If you go lots for a few years you will always see something new.
And there is a NEW one which runs until 2007. Let's be some of the first to see it. Any people who are interested in spying will enjoy it.
There are 5 planetarium shows.
I am sorry I haven't taken the initiative about booking. This is because I haven't asked my own family. If I explain why I want to go to Scienceworks and who I want to meet then there's a good chance I will be allowed!

The planetarium does cost $11 for adults and $4 for concessions and $3.50. As many people with autism and their families are on concessions for one reason and another, we might take that price. Also, in Victoria, there are Companion Cards so families and carers can go for free!
When you make a group booking, you have to ring up. But there's another way. We can get a function room. It will be a bit hard to find the room suitable for us and what we want to do, but here's an idea:

I can book any room according to our stated intentions in activities.
I'd better get a move on seeing as there's less than a month to go I think.
