I present a blank face to people I converse with. I know it is sometimes disconcerting to many people I talk to. I know it inhibits communication and understanding.
I rarely look at the faces of others to any degree. I have often walked right by friends or acquaintances in public places without even seeing or acknowledging them. Try explaining that.

That is happening to me all the times. I have a terrible face memory and I tend to be in Herczyworld while walking. It's a bit frustrating thing when someone snaps me out of it.

I do have facial expressions at times, but even then they are muted.  A lack of facial expression can make getting through a job interwiew very difficult as you are not putting out the facial expressions needed to make your words convincing.   Eye contact is less than typical for me, and when I do make it, it is really just nothing more than staring at the person, and that makes them uncomfortable.  It is hard to get people to understand just how important this nonverbal stuff really is, as with most people this stuff happens automatically.

Yep, common for me too all this.

I often get people saying "cheer up, it might never happen" when I'm not thinking about anything.

Also when you walk past someone, giving them a little nod and then them not noticing and calling back at you.
