My husband keeps asking me to make him turkish delight.  I need a recipe that works.  I have tried three different recipes and none have worked.
If I recall correctly, my kids told me there is a recipe for turkish delight on the official Chronicles of Narnia movie website.  You might want to look and see if there is one there.

Why not just buy him some?

Turkish delight is one of those things (like those wafer crackers with the sugar cream in the middle thos kit-kat-type thingies without the chocolate) which it takes far more of your time than it's worth to make yourself, and you'll probably never make it as well anywhen.

Erm, if he wants turkish delight so much, why can't he make it himself?
I would love to know how to make   'turkish delight'   myself!.. I have a very sweet tooth and it is one of my favourite sweets..   failing that if you still can't find a recipe for them I know  how to make good   'rock buns..'   he might like them instead!..

There's a recipe in The Joy of Cooking.
It takes stirring simeaultaneously in two pans.
Anything that complicated (Which in my house would vanish in a day and a half anywhen) seems to me best left to the experts.  Or even factories come to that.

I would settle for a good vanilla fudge recipes since my husband likes it.  He does not like chocolate fudge.

I only make treats for him because I love him, not because he is lazy.
