After reading this article I've got to wonder if I might have this condition. I guess I should go and ask my doctor, but I just can't be @#$%ed.

How did you find the motivation to use your computer and look at that news story?

I believe it is a disorder that fluctuates. I guess I must be in remission.
Its an april fool apparently.
It is only a proposed "condition" because there is a new drug that exists to "treat" it.  I suppose I could have greater goals than to cook dinner and do laundry but to put me on a medication and then the problem would be that my drug induced motivation would lead me to thinking that I could conquer the world, develop a cure for cancer while entering a manic phase.   No doubt they would sell the needed sleeping pills and tranquilizers to go with their uppers.

"Extreme laziness may have a medical reason"  really?  I would like a mind control drug or laser beam that I could use on potential employer to make them hire me.  That would be more useful to me than some upper drug to make me not look lazy to other people.
Its an april fool.
