As mentioned by others in general focusing on these issues on APD is against the whole point of the day, it's like irish people on st patrick's day learning how to be more english.
Interview skills are useful to have, though it is not appropiate to make them a main theme at an event related to APD.
As for flirting, I would recommend that this be avoided too for similar reasons. Flirting is pretty much always sexual, even if in a humorous way. For building relationships of any kind, putting on an act is not a good idea and it is better to show your true self.
I would recommend that themes such as a comparision to other minority groups (I particularly like to use the example of the gay community in this regard) would be more suitable - showing people the positives of autism.

Its not a kids fun day.
To be honest it sounds more like you want to arrange something that suits you in particular and if you cant have that, then do nothing.
Not exactly the spirit of helping the community.
