Aren't emotions wonderful?

When people who think with their emotions become parents, shysters will always have a ready market when they want to peddle this kind of scientifically illiterate claptrap.

Funny thing is, I have had some differences of opinion with people here who seem to take it as given that vaccinating children does cause autism. I said well what happens if most parents decide not to get their children vaccinated any more - we will start to see children dying in greater numbers from measles, diptheria, whooping cough, and polio.

Even in a so-called highly developed country such as Australia, a few children die each year from complications arising from measles and whooping cough.

It seems like the vaccines cause at least something as many kids react immediately becoming more aggressive or introverted after a vaccine.

I wonder if it is more of a sensory issue which cause this behavior. If I got a kid, especially if autistic, I would be wary about the vaccines and demand the kid to have them at seperately at different dates.

Vaccines can certainly cause kids to get a fever afterwards and feel generally unwell. If a parent has any doubts, they're best to discuss them with the doctor, especially if they think their child could be allergic to anything used in the vaccine.

How many of the BS books are we up to now?  I just got through explaining to someone that Dr. David Kirby's book Evidence of Harm goes completely against any existing scientific evidence and that he himself is an English professor with only a PhD in English, and no neurological or psychological background.  The person still believes him and tells me that I should too.  I gave up on believing books full of mindless crap when I became an Atheist.
